McAllister Park Dog Park - Located on the city's northeast side, this off-leash dog park features separate areas for small and large dogs, water fountains, and shaded seating areas.
Phil Hardberger Park Dog Park - This 1.8-acre dog park is located on the northwest side of the city and features separate areas for small and large dogs, dog washing stations, and agility equipment.
Tom Slick Dog Park - Located on the city's southwest side, this dog park features separate areas for small and large dogs, water fountains, and plenty of shaded seating areas.
Pearsall Park Dog Park - This 1.5-acre off-leash dog park is located on the city's south side and features separate areas for small and large dogs, water fountains, and a walking trail.

The Luxury - Located in the historic Pearl Brewery complex, The Luxury is a casual eatery that serves up tasty burgers, sandwiches, and drinks. They also have a dog-friendly patio where your furry friend can relax while you dine.
The Cove - This popular burger joint on the city's northwest side has a large, dog-friendly patio where you can enjoy your meal and drinks with your pup by your side.
La Gloria - If you're in the mood for some delicious Mexican cuisine, head to La Gloria at the Pearl Brewery. They have a spacious, dog-friendly patio where you can enjoy their tasty tacos, margaritas, and more.

Poochamania - Held every year at the San Antonio Botanical Garden, Poochamania is a fun-filled event for dogs and their owners. Activities include dog contests, demonstrations, and vendors.
Bark in the Park - This event is held annually at Nelson Wolff Stadium, home of the San Antonio Missions minor league baseball team. You can bring your dog along to enjoy the game with you.
Dog Days of Summer - This event is held annually at the San Antonio River Walk and features a doggy fashion show, pet adoption opportunities, and vendors.

Medina River - Located just outside of San Antonio in the town of Bandera, the Medina River is a popular spot for tubing and swimming with your dog. Many local companies offer pet-friendly tubing trips, so you can float down the river with your pup by your side.
Boerne City Lake Park - This park is located just 30 minutes northwest of San Antonio and offers a dog-friendly swimming area in its lake. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of the designated swimming area.
Guadalupe River State Park - This state park is located about an hour outside of San Antonio and offers several dog-friendly swimming areas along the river. Dogs must be leashed at all times and are not allowed in the designated "no pets" areas.
Comal River - Located in nearby New Braunfels, the Comal River offers several dog-friendly swimming areas, including Prince Solms Park and Hinman Island Park. Dogs must be leashed at all times and are not allowed in the designated "no pets" areas.
